Damn! One more blogger

Finally, I have taken the plunge.  I have decided to write a blog on finance and economics. I do have a financial column in MINT. I write every week there. But, not everything that you want to write about or share with others can be written in a column. Sometimes, the thoughts are too short or too long for a column. Moreover, these thoughts do not occur in the same frequency as the column does. They come in spades and there are droughts too. It is a good way to archive my own thoughts, observe their evolution, learn from others and contribute to their learning as well. If it helps to improve the information to noise ratio in the world of finance and economics while having some fun and learning in the process, it will have served its purpose. This comment by Paul Kedrosky gives me hope that this blog will still serve a purpose.

  3. Welcome Sir!!
I’ve found your columns very interesting, but sometimes too geeky?! Once in a while, please address financially-illiterate readers like me with simpler terms and explanations! ;)
